Best Western Sukhumvit 20

They got me room upgraded and I was so surprised because of the room type is Suite. It was huge space and I love the bedroom with big glass window.

I checked in around late evening and there is no parking space available due to all of space occupied by long stay guest. The staff at check in counter not help much about the information of parking lot and it make me frustrated. But I don¿t mind.

Size of the room - very spacious Size of the bed - king size which is big Staff - very responsive. Called reception to request for iron and it was sent to my room in less than 5 minutes

Cleanliness - dirt and stain on tiles in bathroom; carpet in the room was very dusty that made my family sneezed during the stay Pillows are old and been used for long period of time. worn off condition. Didn't expect the above from 4 star hotel

The location is central and the staff was very good.

The room was well passed it's prime. There was old carpet on the floor, the thermostat to control the temperature did not indicate the temperature well since you could not decipher the numbers, the towels were originally white but were grey and shredded

Friendly staff,and quiet room and great bathroom

Breakfast buffet was cold,but staff was good and made hot for me.

Floor was not vacuumed, no AC in hallways despite glass wall, street was unpleasant to walk in and out of given busy traffic and no sidewalks

I would not recommend this hotel

The hotel would not honor the free breakfast for our group. I booked 3 rooms for 6 nights and it hurt our budget not to have the free breakfast that was supposed to be included.

My room was outstanding, nice and clean and exactly what I was looking for

Great location for walking to the MRT or BTS trains. Several rooftop bars on the same street with great views and live music. The suite is a great corner locations with large wrap around windows and a nice living room and large bedroom.

Several maintenance items needed to be addressed in the room. I have stayed here before and have always loved the location for the price. One of the sinks leaked on the floor when used, the toilet sprayer leaked on the floor and several light controls didn't perform correctly. The master light control for example turned off the AC in the bedroom so I had to turn all the lights off one by one at night so the bedroom AC would remain on.

My friend and I stayed there for two days. I really like the location of the place. It’s very close to the shopping centers and BTS station. When we get to the room, the nice and comfortable bed waits for us.

I got a upgraded room, so huge! Location also is amazing, close to many restaurants and malls, but in a quite street, WiFi speed also good, staff very nice, loved everything

The location was great: easy access to shopping area and lively SukhumvitThe staff were very helpful. The size of the room was great and we could have a connecting room which as a family we appreciated.

The rooms need a deep clean. the couch was very dirty. Better remove it really.
